Hi,
I'm french and I have an australian friend coming in France soon. She
proposes to give me a flat screen Mitsubishi DV172 TFT.
Checking the shape of the plug (for compatibility), it has the same general
shape than mine in France. But mine has a ping missing on the second row
while her has a ping missing on the top (or bottom, depending on the view
point) row.
Does it mean that there is an incompatibility between her screen and french
computers ?
Or will it work ?

Thanks for your answers !

Best

those things have VGA and DVI inputs, both of which don't care where you
are. All you will need is to replace the power cable with a local one

It will work with your computer :)

You will however have to do one of the following :(

Get an adapter or alternatively replace the plug on the power lead.

More info here http://kropla.com/electric2.htm

Hope it helps.
