Use www.google.com to find out. compare cat5 cat5e cat6
Basically to do with frequency / signal losses and rated speeds to 10/100Mbps 5/5e (also 5e does 1000Mbps) , then 1000Mbps for 6.
5e is simply a tighter spec ver of 5 for performance issues.
6 is a tighter overall spec, covering all connectors, terminations from end to end.
